It's good for those who are spending there intial working years in this place. And the other good thing you can get here is a name of an Italian MNC in your resume/cv, but deep down inside you very well know what it's like to be.
No appraisals unless you are good in flattering and despite working your ssa off the appraisal is not According to one's performance. There's no proper order in any work. Everyone is always ready to point fingers at each other. Rarely there's any person who comes up to support. Farjiwada is the most common etiquette everyone follows. Every company 's turnover grows by year but not for this one. Management just sits and watch their employees suffer while enjoying there tea in their golden cup. Even if you're a manager you wouldn't have any power over any activity.
It is totally lala chap company,top to bottom all unskilled people works here they have no knowledge about work and market,just doing time pass.company turnover declines every year.zero managing skills.its my really worst experience.i gain zero knowledge from here. Do not join this company.

Engineering department has a untold rule of staying late until 6:30-7 atleast without any work which is just frustrating. And forget about relieving letter or experience certificate for engineering department if you haven't worked in the company for atleast 5yrs. And the increment each year is around 1500-2500 if you aren't the boss.
