High poltics, No work culture, Management not helpful, Company policies is good but not implemented by Senior, ano no job security.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very poor and career growth is very slow.. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Its terrible to survive in this company ......I didn't get my salary from covid 19 starts till .....it's easy for everyone ....I don't want to express my feeling

TOTAL GONE CASE, THE MD MR AVIJIT CHAUHAN HIMSELF HAS NO BRAINS , NO KNOWLEDGE OR THINKING, HE HIMSELF INVOLVED IN CROSS CITY INFILTRATION. THERE IS NO CAREER, INCREMENTS OR THOUGHT PROCESS TO TAKE COMPANY IN FORWARD DIRECTION. MOREOVER A NEW SALES DIRECTOR MR MANISH JHA, WHO IS THE MOST POLITICAL MAN IN UNIVERSE, WHO HAS LOTS OR ATTITUDE BUT NO INTELLIGENCE , IS ONLY INVOLVED IN THROWING OLD PEOPLE OUT N KEEPIING HIS PUPPETS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS, HE A TOTAL NON SENSITIVE PERSON
