High poltics, No work culture, Management not helpful, Company policies is good but not implemented by Senior, ano no job security.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very poor and career growth is very slow.. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Its terrible to survive in this company ......I didn't get my salary from covid 19 starts till .....it's easy for everyone ....I don't want to express my feeling

The company is headed by non sense people, the md himself is a mad man, starts giving abuses in meeting, moreover no strategies, culture or learning n salaries and expenses get held on whims n fancy of Mr avijit chauhan md n he has brought one more idiot , egoistic, selfish n politically minded sales director who knows nothing n keeps on removing old people so as to place his own pupets

Dislikes

Worst experience in the company no ethics n systems Mr avijit chauhan himself approves for intercity goods transportation, they keep people under them as pupets n keep abusing them. It's a kind of top rated propaganda company
