High poltics, No work culture, Management not helpful, Company policies is good but not implemented by Senior, ano no job security.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very poor and career growth is very slow.. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company culture and management is very bad. Management is not showing any intrest only SM will take all the disition the hold the salary and expenses without giving any information and also transfer the TM and managers also.

Company owner mr Abhijeet chauhan is not showing any intrest he will depend on SM only and also not taking feedback from ground forces he never discussed with employees and don't know how the field staff facing the problem and what type of issues that the have he always depends on Mr anoop S.M that's why employee are not stable in this company now no one wants to join this company

Its terrible to survive in this company ......I didn't get my salary from covid 19 starts till .....it's easy for everyone ....I don't want to express my feeling

OBSURGE BIOTECH, IS A TOP GRADE PROPAGANDA COMPANY. THE COMPANY HAS NO ETHICS, SYSTEM, STRATEGIES , GUIDANCE OR SUPPORT. TOTAL GONE CASE, THE MD MR AVIJIT CHAUHAN HIMSELF HAS NO BRAINS , NO KNOWLEDGE OR THINKING, HE HIMSELF INVOLVED IN CROSS CITY INFILTRATION. THERE IS NO CAREER, INCREMENTS OR THOUGHT PROCESS TO TAKE COMPANY IN FORWARD DIRECTION. MOREOVER A NEW SALES DIRECTOR MR MANISH JHA, WHO IS THE MOST POLITICAL MAN IN UNIVERSE, WHO HAS LOTS OR ATTITUDE BUT NO INTELLIGENCE , IS ONLY INVOLVED IN THROWING OLD PEOPLE OUT N KEEPIING HIS PUPPETS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS, HE A TOTAL NON SENSITIVE PERSON
