Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Nothing I like in the company. They started to assign me the work which is non technicals.Totaly unprofesionals.They suddenly put me on unpaid leave without any prior notice.

Dislikes

I dislike every thing in the company. Lot of politics towards the employee. They don't give the notice period's salary even they will ask you to resign without any proper reason by saying that Company is in loss so we can't pay.

No career growth as thy are not updated with latest technologies... No job security also.. I have been worked here for 2years .there is lot of partiality if we are good to managers thy assign projects else no one cares for you... I left company as I don't want to please any manager I know my technical strength..
