Good to work if you don't have any jobs. But don't expect any perks especially leaves and even annual, casual and sick leaves as well 🙂 If there's an option to disable likes that would be better 😂 anyways 99% was bad impression and 1% good impression about this organization.

... any growth. So don't waste your time instead you can fetch a job with good pay. Because initially in this org, i got the salary of rupees 12000. After one year they provided some incentives but after the reduction of tax and pf you'll get the same initial salary 😂. So don't waste your time in getting job in this company. Instead focus on getting a base salary of 20k that's the minimum salary which is crucial and sufficient to run a family or for your own expenses.

Learning new things everyday, Salary credit on time, Saturday & Sunday holiday, office atmosphere is good & Improving day by day,Supportive employer, Supportive HR, & Supportive PM and good colleges.

Dislikes

Low Salary, Need to improve training classes, Need more QC. Conduct 3 Months once test for selecting TL, PM, QC. Other wise I like everything.

We can't get motivated when working no other benefits like increased salary for quality checker.same salaries provided for each and everyone.if we don't do work good same salary .if we do good at work same salary.you lose intrest to work.happend to me.

Unfair Pay. It's hard to find an employee who thinks they make too much money.

IT team is only respond early becoz production is impotent.

its been I working here past 2 yrs... here there is *no appreciation* for your Skill. Still we don't get appraisal and promotion. very worst responsible rate. the answers of higher is only samalification. lot of internal politics. only people survive with personal support. recommendations from the staff side is not taken by the higher authorities. simply there is no value for the employees they are treated as money making machines. Please consider and support for employees growth.
