...y and attract more talent. In reality, there is nothing good about working here. The pay is low, the hours are long, and the workload is excessive. The company is also notorious for not paying its employees on time and for ignoring complaints about workplace harassment and discrimination. Overall, working at Obbserv Online Services is a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

As an employee of Obbserv Online Services, I can tell you that this company has some major management issues. The higher-ups in this organization are only interested in their own personal gain, and they don't care about their employees or the quality of our work. The company culture is toxic, and there is a lot of politics involved in day-to-day operations.

They have an amazing culture of learning, sharing knowledge , amazing sessions be it health related , growth related , finance related and many more.I like the work life balance while working here. I am a new mom and this organization has helped me in my entire journey , I am very grateful to them.

Micro management, The founders don't know what's going on under their nose. They hire and fire as they please. Never agree to increments. it is a dead end in an employees career.

Best work place with great learning opportunities, right now experiencing best vibes at office which I have never experienced & THE BEST Quality of work is done here....!!! Obbserv is not a company for me its an emotion for me which really adds value to life.
