Bad leave policy Doesn't pay salary on time. Post leaving this company, you end up taking followups on your salary. They wont pick up their call nor will have the courtesy to revert. Useless & Unprofessional HR team.

... Basically there is no growth and future with the company as politics are there. The only thing good is you will get salary on time. No work life balance and it's a 6 days working company. How ever colleague are good don't expect everyone to be and management completely focusing on macro managing.

Everything. Not a single employee happy with this company.Due to their difficult circumstances, they are compelled to work here, and the MD is exploiting their vulnerability.

Nothing. This company does not fall under any IT company standards. The company environment is horrible and very unprofessional. Mostly the MD/CEO Mr. Pradipta Mohanty is not a well behaved/mannered person. You can't be in his cabin or in the meetings when he shows unethical behavior to his team/employees. As a well wisher, I wish he would improve himself by going through multiple management and leadership programs which will help him in future. If you have little bright outlook, please take this feedback positively and please work on yourself to grow. All the best. NOTE: All the positive review comments about Oasys Tech Solution are fake. It is all written by one person hired for this purpose only. All negative comments are absolutely true, trust me. I wish, I would have believed all these negative comments before joining this company. Anyways, I will be the first one to write positive review comments if this company improves its culture and professionalism.
