This company is more like a road side small shop. The management here believes in giving very undue and unnessary very high salary hike to very select employees who are actually incompetent and incapable but are relatives of the director. The director strongly favours such nepotism and thereby exhibits his immaturity, managerial incapacity and parochial vision. OTS is not at all a good company to work.

It was a great experience here, in 7 yrs not a single salary was delayed, everything was very smooth . supporting peers

Little bit of politics but that is in every org, it's better to exclude yourself from these groups

The work culture is excellent,with strong support from managers and team leaders. The environment is healthy and positive. Every six months,hard work is celebrated , and rewards are given. Mutual respect is upheld for everyone , regardless of their position,from employees to office staff.

My friends and colleagues are always friendly, helpful and hard working. I always feel i. An approach any one in the company for advice,help or just to chat. My team and team lead to whom I have worked was very helpfull personally and professionally. I felt very much comfortable working there during my tenure because of them. I would also like to thanks a lot to Madhukar Nath Chaturvedi sir (Director of Company) and Sachin Sir for doing so much for me during my bad time. Thank you so much sir. Thanks a lot. Today I am able to write this because of you only sir. Overall I can say that this is not only a company. I feel here like a family member. Thank you so much🙂🙏
