Dislikes

1.No proper salary scale between experienced and new comers, they pay 20 to 25% less salary than average overall salary compare to other companies. 2.No work life balance. 3.Tremendous pressure from senior management. 4.management transfers employees forcefully from one place to another out of state at any time on the same day without knowing employees interest, without giving time for alternative arrangements. 5.No holidays on contracting sites, will have to work strictly all 7 days and will get 5 days leave after 3months.

...cially the higher staff they are very good to the jr.engg and trainee engineers.we were about to get milestone and salary hike😅but due to pandamic we didn't get .

The work in contracting firm is very and the time of 9am to 9pm and often time more than 9pm .

Good work safety culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is transparant.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career grouth is slow
