Toxic hierarchical culture at least in the Networking Business Unit (NBU). Little to no trust in employees and a lot of micromanagement at all levels in the chain. Incompetent managers who are constantly distracted and don't have clear action plans for meeting their goals. They pass this on to their direct reports and don't know what it means to stand for their team. Often feels like a school setup where the VP chides you for being a minute late to a meeting and schools you on every little thing. Overall this group has no intentions of understanding f what it takes to keep employee morale up.

Pay and the benefits provided by the company are the best.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture and cut throat co-workers(depends on the team and manager) No new learnings and boring job, doesn't encourage new ideas to share.

...t they can. Free hand to work on topics which would help improve the process. Good pay, though year on hikes depends totally on individual performance. Good company benefits.

Great infrastructure and able to get the required components to work.

Dislikes

Compensation is very less. No work life balance. Management is pathetic and dumb people. No growth as IC. Not much benefits as per compared companies.

Likes

Good work environment and teammates are supportive. There is huge cafeteria and workplace safety. Transport facility is there and food and transport is totally free for all.

Dislikes

Salary hike and bonus is too slow. There is a bond of 6months or 1year and it's renewed every time.
