At the time of I was worked every one had cooperation and team to work all work, especially chapatti sir& Mohan sir gave best practices to audit work his friendly work to staff. This is one of the my best carriers experience in this company.i can't forget this NVCN ASSOCIATION. THANKS TO CHALAPATHI SIR &MOHAN SIR.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
