Pathetic work life balance. Hire Managemen (FINANCE) does not have knowledge regarding ground level reality. How employee sustain there life in plant.what difficulties they have. Hire management from finance department specially setting in HO and implementing orders and they does not care how the employee get survive if they not paid well as plant location r very costly due to industrial area and if u let them know they doesn't address your concern and your reporting manager like message conveyor of his superior totally third class atleast in my case and probably worst manager I have seen In my entire career who does not have spine and just like pappet. If u join in plant u can see lots of people sitting in huge salary those have no work not having minimum knowledge of typing a mail they r for pinning only and treating badly to there juniors and treating worstly with off roll employee if they r not working as per their terms and even they expect to do their house work also this is the reality. And those wants to grow in there carrer with hard work just treating them outsider and with minimal salary range if not u r HR favorite Even HR force u to continue your job with minimal salary if u go at outside your home location with same package which u got at home location. And in HO u can find most of high package employee have no work except doing time pass with female colleagues From outside it's a great organization but day by day it's getting worst for few spineless people sitting in HO.

1. On time salary 2. Medical facility is great 3. Scope of learning new manufacturing process 4. Process driven company 5. Travel reimbursement 6. Sim facility 7. Flexible working hours upto some extend.

Dislikes

1. HSE Standard is average 2. Work life balance is negative 3. Extensive involvement regardless to the duty hours 4. No job schedule 5. Training programme required 6. Holidays are very limited & need to involve even if in holiday 7. Everyday a new process with new format 8. Improper manpower planning 9. Limited use of soft skill

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supporting and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...f anyone like to play with his/her career and ready to waste time they can join. Only good part is salary get credit on time.

Dislikes

No career growth, no learning scope, bad work culture, unprofessional behaviour, indiscipline in everywhere and maximum number of peoples are very much unproductive

The main focus will be in the line of Health, Safety & Environment. In this company this is becoming an culture and everybody loves to follow all the aspect of it.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth in that sense is little slow.
