...ngle software to work.They hide you in each and every aspects of responsibility.The Hod mines and other people guided by a contractor bcz the contractor provides them monthly package.most of talented people in mines dept but particularly this rendi ka bachha and his pet ruins others career.Its better to selling vegetables but not to join in sonadih if you are a mining professional.Lastly I said they are designated as professionally rendi ka bachha (Hod mines and his pet ).

Now some part is reduced on performance appraisals. Employee is not getting anual salary package as per industry norms.In Cement industry Salary package is very less as compared to other cement company.

Salary and work culture is good no nepotism between contract employee or payroll employee they treat equal to both.

Poor Learning opertunity & skills development, they prefer hardwork rather than smart work.

Dare devil attitude of CSO and MD. Monarchy culture in the company. Worst company culture, create unnecessary unethical practice doing advance billing without despatch of material

100 % system oriented company with excellent policies. Good platform for young engineers for learning. No age restriction for position and promotions. Good transparency and ease in approach to top management Open and Good interaction with TOp management.

Dislikes

Less salary for young engineers as compared to the Job responsibilities. Excess and non practical safety practices often leading to job delays and non productive work for employee.
