Good Package offered to hire talent from Good MNC's but no liberty provided to implement new ideas & forced to work as per senior's guidelines strictly & still change is expected. No System is in Place weather it be Targets or Appraisals or Incentives or Leaves etc. No Opportunities to Learn New Things bcz training department is not managed properly & are lacking in content & experience. Very less chances of internal promotions. Middle management is not able to understand views of Top Management thus not able to implement changes as desired by Top Management, causing blame game when reviews happen. No Marketing Strategy is made keeping Market & Employee Capability in Mind.

Its a baby food and Nutrition basis company. This is a very good company. Customer support and products are very times good also. Company always wants and trying to grow up those own employees and Services. Because this company believe that if those employees growing up then company also grow up automatically.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend retailers calls in evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value unique strength, they don't give any fieldwork support. It's very painful sometimes. If they do that then I'm very sure that this company grows up very first but unfortunately they don't.

Quite good to work at Danone but increaments in salary for internal employee is horrible...and no limit for giving hike in hiring outside employee...Year 2017 a worst ...

Expecting exclusive business from all HCP without any investment ...Higher management is full time busy in soca..bazi...........

The only thing is that they are offering good packages however, people do not stay here.attrition is very high

The company’s culture is worst in the Nutrition industry, the management itself is involved and engaged in illicit marketing practices like giving special discounts on the supplies of Modern trade and the same good hit the general trade market at reduced price making the field force suffer. They are corrupting the Drs by offering foreign tours and other illegal activities & services.
