Nutek is the best Company in India We also work in Nutek As a DT engineer,The Company team are Also good and All team Work are good each employe are Also Support Company And Team proformence Are Very Good.

Dislike point Are Nothing but in few month Salary and Fund are deley but After some day everything will be Ok.Becz manegment Support Us and they will try best And Resolve Our Issue.

Hard to describe about our cluster management ....Here our Project Manager hole everything ...there is no communication between employee and HO

I don't know much about comapny,because in my job tenure there is no communication between employe and Head office. This Culture is adapted by Bihar Cluster Team

I was in department where we did customize machine. Lot of new machines and challenges for Automation Engineer. Technically Sound Manager who are familiar with engineers mindset and help to grow technically.

Dislikes

Not much growth opportunity for Engineer but good place to start and learn hands on. No training opportunity and team work. Hectic environment with lot of overtime. Still lacks Standard of Operation for Big company like Nutek.

I leaned lot of technical system, and did very enjoyment during my period. Its my pleasur to worked with this reputed company.

Dislikes

I expened my money for travelling and accomodation after one mobth i get reimbersement. That is the thing i dislike.
