After August 2016 the company hand over to another party. Before 2016 the condition of plant is very poor but now new party want to dovelope the plant and started project of power plant , CCM. I also got the promotion and handing now overall sponge section mechanical DPT. Now company want to improve and give permission for new technology, such esp project, rolling on automatic system, pollution controlling system etc

As per company improve but for old employees which have excellent ability have no value because they adopt new employees who have no knowledge but have references, that's why I'm not interested to work in plant, otherwise plant dovloping very well.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
