There is no job security , salary and growth is also very less work experience is good because there is no restriction peaceful work and there is no stress .

No job security over there especially at higher position. If your salary is high no security. Appraisal will not be there even if it is there your HOD will not be part of the appraisal team, somebody will do for their favour.

Politics is more. but it is not required for this small growing company. Overall job satisfaction may not be found.

I have more than 20 years of experience in Pharma industry. I worked in different management and defferent cultures, totally 10 management. This is the one and only for worst. Simply there is no culture. They have to improve and develop more. No culture, No Safety, No clear organogram, No environmental care, No knowledge, No development etc,...
