Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

There is nothing to like, immature HR department, they wont care about your queries, they'll make policies out of no where and deduct your salary, arrogancy is there policy.

Dislikes

Company will force you to change your field of work without any training. They'll make you work more than 12hrs without overtime pay. If you like working for no money, this company is for you. I was a developer but they force me to work as synapse view creater or they told they'll will release me from the company. If you can compromise that, you should join it.

This is a SME, but has reputed indian clients. It is Indian client base but you will get opportunity to learn new things there.

Dislikes

I had very very bad experience with HR team , when i was leaving this company the HR team created so many problems and the language they used that i can say there.
