There is no job security, they will fire employees at any time without proper reason, they will give increments for every 4 years with a hike of 5% for hardworking people and 25% to 30% for show people, they won't give petrol allowance for marketing people, there is no role of HR person it is for name sake, all the decisions are in one person hands, they won't pay PF , they won't provide insurance or ESI. Not at all it is a company it looks like a commission bussiness.
