To much work for what we get paid, there is a 3 month notice period where u have to wait to leave the job and they don't give u full salary every month for 3months they give it while your leaving, this info is not mentioned anywhere they just do it

Young crowd, so energetic place

Dislikes

1. No clear vision; changes over time 2. Takes too long for the product to market. 3. No training/skill development programs in place. They just expect you to learn new things without having a supporting infrastructure. 4. Don't hire the necessary ppl in time... expect 1 person to do 6 ppl's jobs! 5. No performance review or promotion after first year 6. Lately, they asked employees to either quit or take a 50% salary cut!!!

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
