...very very bad, TL Sashidar shows partiality very much. Dirty higher management. We work hard for low salaries, they enjoy higher income. Human Resor also does not support lower categories.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Only the Salary was on time.

Lots of deductions in salary. Also lots of internal politics. No opportunities for performers. The rewards and recognition is completely different here (All the performers will get only chocolates). There's no free transportation and free food. Both are deducted from salary. We'll only get to know this in our salary slip. If we complaint about anything, it will be taken personally and personal actions will be taken. Also we can't trust HRs as well. Even they are imbalanced.

...ammates were very much supportive in my work and the work environment was good. But, the work culture at Nuance Transcription Services was very much workaholic and stressful!! Although, the salary package was very good in this Company!!
