Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Great work environment and the culture in the company wide. Higher Management is always encourages the everyone in the company to keep process and learn new stuff. Fair treatment in giving appraisals and the opportunities to the individuals. A great place to work and learn.

NTUC Income is one of the oldest established company that’s why the process is big old and sometimes very slow because of numbers of stages for the approvals.. currently company is transitioning to agile and digital style of working..
