No benefits with terrible salary and once they get you for low salary, forget getting an appraisal. Also if you're not from Mumbai for getting any appreciation or work culture benefits.

Lots of amalgamated companies which formed and became NTT , but the management stays with small companies managers who does follow NTT policies and forces HR to implement their wishes as policies , managers are only the CEOs of the company , Dimensions data one of the company of NTT , full of politics and harrassment for employees, micromanagement at the heights. Please do not join.

You are in company payroll then then NTT data is good option to start your carrier.every thing you learn in this organisation.you will see and learn all network devices like router, switches,server , firewall,blade server ,hsm devices ,load balancers etc.

In RHS(contact post) you learn everything but salary is very low .you can't survive in RHS salary .for experience RHS post is good.

Work culture is very good . All colleagues & managers are DC specialists. As well as understanding.

There is no salary slab structure for old employees. Need to normalise salary structure old employees is required to bring as per with NTTData centre salary level. Example:- Old employees are getting ( Associate specialist/specialist ) are getting 7 lakh PA whereas newly hired employees are getting 17-18 lakhs PA there is huge salary difference between old & new employees. This should be normalised soon.
