Lots of amalgamated companies which formed and became NTT , but the management stays with small companies managers who does follow NTT policies and forces HR to implement their wishes as policies , managers are only the CEOs of the company , Dimensions data one of the company of NTT , full of politics and harrassment for employees, micromanagement at the heights. Please do not join.

Everything from manager to top most leadership. Even the HR is just acting like a puppet and they dance on the tune of operations guys. Despite of raising concerns with them they will not take any action on your manager. No job related trainings available, you're asked to do some learning over LinkedIn.

The leadership is highly biased and influenced by higher authorities inspite of knowing the situation. It’s a typical hire and fire culture The only dept having fun is the HR recruiting candidates. There’s been no head count increase just the old ones getting scrapped entirely and new ones gets hired.

I liked nothing about NTT. There is too much politics in the office. Shift roster will be prepared by L3. If you want to take sick leave, you have first put on mail ,then apply through portal on the same day in the morning no matter how much your health is getting affected. Even your casual leaves won't get approved if you are not your L3s favourite employee. working hours are very strict

Dislikes

Toxicity is at peak. Worst work culture I have ever seen. Too much of politics , favouritism, castism. There are many toxic people in the office.
