Its a good company to devlop ur skills nd knowledge with worklife balance..the only issue i faced is with the compensation nd variable which is less as compare to market.

Although there are opportunities, your manager might not push you or let u go to that specific team. Currently home is as low as 10% for promotions and saving on appraisal.
