Here Sagar bahu manager has behave very hard rude, hard and rash with colleagues. Not supported well , not patience to complete the work in office. He has always terminate the employee in the company , it creates fear to me , not possible to do work in our team, learning and development departments is not good. They not teach guide anything to new joiner. So be aware care full only building is good, no wash room in good building, no carreer growth, no communication between employee, all r angry mood . Here no training faculty, they will suggest only social media. Sagar bahu didn't know software skills, but he took the interview of candidate, not doing interview properly,.he has sat candidate in reception place till sunset in west, asking one question and rejected after three days over. Here training program is poor

Here Sagar bahu manager has always terminate in company if you make any small mistake, communication gap here , Sagar bahu not supported well, no salary increment at all. No job satisfaction safety till now, Sagar bahu unnecessary terminate employee in company, poor training program, no salary increment, not job safety. Very bad work culture between employee. They didn't have good relationship and communication each other, in teams all r rude , trainer r very bad guide to junior and new joiner. Don't do work here,

The people are great and supportive. Timely salary and good resources.

Dislikes

Not much appraisal, didn't liked the assignment provided. Regret wasting some time in unwanted project. Learnt a lesson to quit rather than doing unsuitable task.

No variable pay. The Bonus that is given, however big or small is additional reward and not a part of ctc. Perfection is the way to code at NTT Data. Top notch ethics and code standards.

Job security is good and there are opportunities to go in different fields. Salary compensation is also good.

Although there are opportunities, your manager might not push you or let u go to that specific team. Currently home is as low as 10% for promotions and saving on appraisal.

Likes

First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

Dislikes

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.
