Guys, please stay away from these fraud people there is no Hike, specially there is no team work not a friendly Environment lotz of pressure 10 hours of work, Especially when you are a work Home they will pressure you work untill 14 hours no proper Cafeteria, Especially Fresher please don't join 313X team Manager are not good they will filrt you, u don't adjust that, then they will treat you like an Fool Am writing through my Experience, You got only 15k but u need to work all 7 days, Importantly there is no proper OT Amount at the end of the day You will only get Full of stress and depression anxiety.

Probably due to the current job market, but sometimes management are not compensating their employees enough, especially the long term employees. Certain market correction strategy is required.
