Work environment and the team mates are good. No pressure.

No improvement in career... I was joined in the company as a HC and Insurance Operations Sr. Rep. After 4 years of experience still that position only. No salary increment too. Lot of managers politics are there. If manager likes you, u will get increment and grade. One way cab only. Some funds are provided by client for team encouraging. But managers will swallow that.
