I am lucky to work here. WFH is a brilliant step taken by company which prevents all employee from this COVID-19 pandemic. I am also happy with facility(Compensation, Medical) given by company during WFH.

Dislikes

I am little bit unhappy with salary growth and promotion. Less salary growth after good performance. Still i didn't get bonus after 1year........May be its due to this pandemic, so not serious.

Likes

There is No Pros about it. The only good thing is you will get salary on time.

Dislikes

Cons: 1. No KT provided to new employees. If you try to learn it on your own and you get stuck at some place, none of your collegues will help you. 2. No help from Management and Leads. 3. No work Life Balance. They say it's 10 hours shift in this company. But you will have to work everyday for minimum 12 hours and sometimes it gets extended till 14-15 hours. 4. No policy of on call and weekend allowance. Had to raise this concern multiple times in front of manager. 5. Worst politics you will ever see. Each and Everyone is busy in just pleasing the management and are ready to escalate you in front of them on your slightest mistake.

The working atmosphere in NTT DATA is the best of its kind. In these days of crisis due to covid 19 the company is doing its best for the employees in every manner and supporting the employees by providing them work from home for their security and giving salaries on time.

10 hours shift and internal salary growth is slow.

NTT is worst in terms of terms of paying well to its employees. NTT is not a good pay master. Work hours needs to be reduced to 9 hours instead of 10

This is about NTT Data Services (earlier known as Dell Services). Work-Life balance, Job Security, Company culture. Some projects are good for freshers for their career growth and some are not. Provides cab facility in UK shift and later timings.

Dislikes

Work may not be satisfied in some projects specially for freshers. Compensation may be less.
