Growth rate is too slow. Other companies gives their employees higher. Growth in respective of bonus as well as other things. As of now in pandemic situation where everything is costly. ...d helpful colleagues. Near to Ram Mandir railway station at a walking distance. Salary is competitive. Hybrid work environment. 2 days from office. Night shift allowance Rs 600 / day as of 2023. Training and tools are awesome. Less office politics.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
