Initial package is great, very good opportunity for learning both soft skill as well as core technical skills through various Instructor led trainings.

After working a long period, there should be a salary normalization, at least for Meets expectation / exceeds expectation candidates.

First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.

There is no job safety there all r in contract position, when I was going to interview SJRIT park , Sagar bahu, waiting for more than 3 hourse to each and every candidate, he doesn't has good skills and knowledge, simply ask one question tell me your self, and say ,"presently no job, ur cv not moving next round". But his senior manager called me took interview, and give offer letter, here training and development department is not good, no good working culture, all employees are very rude, rumours and we faced lot of problems there. Without saying anything after three months u will remove from the job. No work satisfaction at all , company campuses is good only, all senior manager were very strict, rumours to newly joined candidates, poor quality, work culture, they show anger perception towards others employees .
