Good environment and I like to work in office because the atmosphere is to good,especially girls can be more safe in office very good security control..and it's a good company where you can start your career.overall I had good experience from NTT Data.

Salary is not decent after you got experience also.

Job security is good and there are opportunities to go in different fields. Salary compensation is also good.

Although there are opportunities, your manager might not push you or let u go to that specific team. Currently home is as low as 10% for promotions and saving on appraisal.

First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

Dislikes

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.

...er driven. HR policies are just for name sake. People use the offer and counter. Both side PF in deducted from employee package. Taking your personal leave is also an issue to the managers here as if you are asking for their kidney or lever.
