There is loads of work pressure in a particular account, however the other accounts would have no work. Keeping very good terms with the senior staff can help you gain some ranks.

No interface from NTT side when you are working with client on time pay salary is very good compare to market scale work life balance Mostly work from home good learning

...ndemic they are firing the employees . I didn't get to see any good part of ntt. Also in one year there was increment of 1k in salary which is below market standard even . Hikes and compensations are really really bad.
