I lost the impression after joining. There is no work life balance at all. It is like ur living on this earth to work for them. The most sadistic people i have ever met. They don’t even consider health reasons.Full of politics with manager and TL. Feeling like school going kid. It is the most worst company than working with big4 (don’t want to mention company)

They will hire for some role, after joining simply put into different role. Even we need to work on weekends without any pay and comp off. Too many politics. Whatever the team lead and manager want they will simply target us and no matter how many hours ur stretching and working they will simply say there is not much work in this team. Worst company i have ever seen.🙏

I have overall 1+ year experience in NTT Data. My manager forces us to do overtime and weekends but they didn't paid for that. I won't say all projects are like this. Some of the projects which I know went smoothly with without working overtime and weekends.

Zero benefits. Star portal is just for name sake. Insurance is deducted from salary. Only company in India who doesn't care of giving gifts on Diwali. Shift allowance are worst and no benefit of working on holiday.

...overlap of 1 week and it took 1 week to get laptop. They paid some salary for 1.5 yrs (this was less than negotiated as well as there was no shift allowance plus all the variable pay was given to my reporting lead) however they did not send me to Europe

1) they did not send to Europe within 6 months as promised in the interview. They negotiated a salary 25% lower than my previous salary and added a 20 percent variable pay. They did not give variable pay as well.effectively 45 percent lower salary 2) even though they told they would provide me shift allowance as it was from 2 pm - 12 pm shift and even for 6 months did not pay shift allowance but when asked for it,they closed the position 3) I had to incur inr 15 laks personal loan to pay for the additional expenses incurred while working for this job 4) they should have given the role of scrum master or tech lead but combining both led to difficult role play.later they bifurcated these 2 roles and gave it to someone else 5) this is a Japanese company managed by managers at Delhi while we have to work from home from Bangalore with limited internet and their office is setup with internet in Noida and they are unwilling to provide relocation to noida

...gh Payment , Aim to Join in NTT DATA . I Can assure u will have great time here. WFH is the main aspect that every employee should consider and It works like Product based Company with all Perks If you have less or high package variation compare to other org's , Consider NTT without any doubt
