My experience is terrible may be few people may be benifitted

No salary hike even though we work for five years. They will set things like cannot give hike if they are in some some slab of salary. Not even a single time they will appreciate our doings, how long we are extending company will not consider. They expect work without any OT. Yearly performance is eyewash. No job security if they wish they will put in bench again they will hire new people. I worked for more than 20-30 compoff, which expired suddenly, all my CL & SL elapsed without taking.

Training is to good, team lead also to good except some situations. Other wise I am very very like& love NTT DATA company .

...to good and help for process. And employee also to satisfy to work more intrest.main draw back in your company salary this to bad please consider and change hike in every year based on experience and knowledge.my relieve reason also salary problem so please try to change.

...o the associate . Regarding payroll, i suspect they are cheating the employees. I have documented it on every ticket for unusual salary deduction. The response I got was so poor. They make us feel less. I joined Dell but it was transitioned to NTT and I am leaving the job. I wonder how noobs are placed in higher position. And they are absolute morons. They really need some behavioural training. As a associate im more knowledged than a NTT average manager in BPS. Lol. People here even steal others ideas and liberally its the most awful thing. Don't trust me? Lol. Idc.

I just want to quit from NTT. They are underrated employers in my humble opinion and i experienced that.

I lost the impression after joining. There is no work life balance at all. It is like ur living on this earth to work for them. The most sadistic people i have ever met. They don’t even consider health reasons.Full of politics with manager and TL. Feeling like school going kid. It is the most worst company than working with big4 (don’t want to mention company)

They will hire for some role, after joining simply put into different role. Even we need to work on weekends without any pay and comp off. Too many politics. Whatever the team lead and manager want they will simply target us and no matter how many hours ur stretching and working they will simply say there is not much work in this team. Worst company i have ever seen.🙏

I have overall 1+ year experience in NTT Data. My manager forces us to do overtime and weekends but they didn't paid for that. I won't say all projects are like this. Some of the projects which I know went smoothly with without working overtime and weekends.
