My journey of NTT DATA is truly enjoyable.I developed strong fondness for working with my colleagues. Everyone had helpful mindset, The management particularly my manager Ganesh was remarkably motivating. He consistently encouraged employees to embrace their uniqueness and enhance their communication to seize better opportunities.

Dislikes

At NTT DATA there were certain negative aspect worth mentioning. The company offered low salary than industry norms, and chances for promotions were quite restricted further more there were instances where certain allowances were reduced, impacting the overall salary packages.

Pros: Compensation Cons: Rude Management, no technical growth,No proper work life balance and many more. Hec projects management is worst.dont join this company no matter ho much compensation they offer.

... I would definitely tell NTT is great. They have PF ESI for new joiners as well. Also have yearly bonus. Good atmosphere for working.

TL and managers are not so friendly and they won't help you in anything. They don't provide any kind of support for progressive carrier growth.

Great Package: The compensation and benefits offered by the company are quite competitive, making it a desirable place to work. Hybrid Work Model: I appreciate the flexibility of the hybrid work model they provide. It allows a good balance between work and personal life, which is important to me.

..Lack of Job Security: One downside is the lack of job security. There’s always a bit of uncertainty, and more focus on job stability would greatly improve the experience for employees.

... of respect for employees, with management and team leads treating staff poorly. Promotions are nonexistent, and employees are expected to work on Saturdays without compensation. Even taking a single day off requires excessive justification and proof. The company does not prioritize employee well-being or professional growth. The leadership lacks proper training, which reflects in their management style. Choosing to work here was one of the worst decisions of my career, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before joining
