Monthly Salary is getting on time. Leave policies are good as per contract employment. My dept. Is good and supportive.

The one thing which i totally dislike is we are working at Ntpc through Upl which makes everything little bit difficult. We always face problem on clarifying things.

NTPC provides good remuneration and compensation w.r.t. all terms. NTPC is top management driven company. It is really challenging job. Medical facilities is extremely good. You may avail this facility even after retirement.

...et monitory benefits. Carrier prospect is very bright for a promising candidate. Salary and perks are best among all the PSUs. For sports person NTPC provides all type of facilities. Overall NTPC is really a great place to work.

The person working in projects , which are remotely located will remain in projects only. Very rare chances are there to work in head quarters. Now our new CMD is taking all efforts to remove this practice.
