...nt. They will give you false promises at the time of joining like joining bonus. They are even not paying notice pay money(3 months)which they promised they will pay us in order to make joining of candidate fast , travel and mobile allowances plus they even make to sign bonds if you want your notice pay money which they will not tell at the time of joining. Feels like being frauded. Truly pathetic. Pls pls don’t join at jharsuguda location. They even don’t have a HR team at site to address issues.

As i started my first job i have to many question in my mind like how i start , job profile and many more but after joining as engineer- trainee at NTPC GE Power Service i found a very corporative environment where my FL is supporting to learn new things my senior engineer help me at every steps in New Works.

As all want to earn more to have a good and prosperous life so their is very less growth and salary.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before is which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners. The

NGSL is a good company no doubt, it pays salary on time, but the biggest problem is that the company gives good increment to the old KPS staff but does not give good increment to its own retained staff, and the KPS staff has formed their own team within the company and whatever is said happens, NGSL staff has no value and the old staff treats the NGSL retained staff like helpers, Head Office HR does not get to know whether my retained staff is happy or not, that why the new staff leaves the job

NGSL company does increment every year just as politicians say, they do not have any rules and regulations of their own, the most saddening thing is that someone gets a huge increment after doing good work and someone else gets a good increment while sitting idle, and many incharges have joined KPS time, thats why they do not like the staff who have joined from NGSL,

...ng is good because there is no co ordination between people and u need to learn. If you can negotiate, salary will be good.
