IN NTN no skill development and learning. this is just like a parliament , people come here to shout loudly and fight with each other . In Employee they do not self respect. No new idea is acceptable to company management

Presently management only believed who is reporting front of Japanese. it's sometime created communication gaps, Opportunity should be give to Skill & Subject related person.Here management system standards & roles not good. every year it's changed, it's affected to employees growth. Should be follow to Indian Automotive standards. Management treat equality for all employees.
