Specifically, I believe the company would greatly benefit from offering ISO training and certification courses in Lean Six Sigma and its tools. Poor Office politics , if you raise the voice again wrong things, Some senior management force to resign or terminate from position , poor job security.Irony is that all QMS activities testing run without Quality team.
