There's nothing much that dislikes working in NSV in particular. But I feel that NSV should have to provide more various certification courses for their employees. Also have to look into the employee's skills and enhance them.

Specifically, I believe the company would greatly benefit from offering ISO training and certification courses in Lean Six Sigma and its tools. By investing in these training programs, NSV can foster a culture of continuous improvement, equipping its workforce with the skills necessary for excellence in the medical device industry. I believe such initiatives would not only enhance individual capabilities but also contribute to the overall success and competitiveness of the company.

Poor Office politics , if you raise the voice again wrong things, Some senior management force to resign or terminate from position , poor job security.Irony is that all QMS activities testing run without Quality team.
