Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees, like fun Friday, employee birthday and goal achivement celebration. Infrastructure: Nice and huge buildings and all necessary equiments and well organised cabins and floar with employee safety arrangments.
