They didn't provide experience letter after resign also not sharing verification details to your next company, increment is pathetic they dont give increment

It was good experience in my life and also I learned new technical works in that company. Just I want to rejoin the same company but no reply had been come.

It was 12 hr duty and compensation was very less rotational week of and hr was not responding my any queries quickly overall I was in lop because of marriage function and hr said me will give you your location job or else will provide you laptop but she break her promises.

I am working in this company since 7 years. I am proud that I am part of this reputed company. Before joining here I was worked with many CA Firms but no one is working like NSB & Co. Here the work culture is so nice that you maintain your work life balance. Once one process or project is given to you, you have to put your everything to make that process highest quality and no one is interfered with you and because of that you do your best. Every year all your seniors always recognized and appreciate your work that's the main part, it means though they are not interfering but they are silently observing you that how you are working. Best company, I recommend.

The work culture is toxic here. The lady director spends her day chit chatting with her PA, who behaves like a boss doing hardly any work. This behaviour gets supported and gets promoted Sir Kushal is good he doesn’t seem to know what’s happening. Favouritism thrives under lady director. Not a place I’d recommend for working

Kind of corporate culture moulded in a small firm, no work pressure. It is solely an audit firm. No other work is carried on in this firm.

Reporting Managers are worthless, all chapri from nearby locality, no proper growth, colleagues are even more worse, nothing to learn from here, I personally had a bad experience, only people who stay nearby have stuck to the organisation
