They are not maintaining the good skill persons, based on orders manpower recruitment and termination with in the months it's happening

No job security, work culture is average and no preference given to valve of engineer, management is worried about the specific person(reference persons) and they didn't bother about other peoples, company policies are not good to employees that all best for higher authorities and not for workers.

Dislikes

Peoples around me are excellent, but management will show partiality between employees (based on the references) because some specific persons in higher authority are misguiding and showing false information to management that leads to a bad environment is developing in NS engineering.
