I had along journey of 14years in a congenial environment at NRIAS ,the organisational culture sustained me to work for long duration with out thinking for job security and change .The institution mission,vision , policies and procedures make the commited employee to focus on goals and targets . The Directors of the institution show transperency in providing all the concers in achieving the quality healthcare services and education .

Dislikes

...g in to the personal matters and not allowing person to grow professionally .she suffocated me to the level where I was not able to justify to my salary what I was taking from the institution which made me to flew from NRIAS ..This humiliation s to be addressed by the director s through different evaluation methods, Randomly appraising employees and head of the department s need to be updated with advanced knowledge,skill and technology.they should be enriched with managerial skills by training that matches organizational culture such that uniform culture is sustained and no humiliation to employees, let the polices and procedures of each department be given to employees such that they work for that rather than aim lessly waste the time,HR department should be strengthened .

There will be less respect for the nurses who work there within the institution as they see that nurses belongs to low stream like that etc
