I wanted to work but some of my team is also good but playing games and not standing on the comitted work, and manipulate the work the play game with us is not acceptable. We are not kids that we don't understand. I know your head but respecting me and my coworkers is the 1st. But its okay you have power you play I am not part part of your game.

Company is just Ok .. saying okay is also too much, Work culture, Most of them has terrible Indian Tipical Mentality. HR don't have Tone or Human Tendency to talk and to resolve the issue, she shout like hell, never seen the HR like before.

Mostly everything is just ok, if anyone don't know what is the politics should join this company, surly can become a Politician. Superior people take the advantage of the position and Harrassment I have face 2times.

Novulis is an organization which was established in the year 2023 and so far the growth of the company has been fantastic people here are very much experienced so one can learn a lot to expamd their skills or improvise.

Novulis needs to update their workspace and hire more people so they achieve their goals.

I've been working in novulis for a short period of time but everything here is fine the people are very good here and approachable for any help I require.
