The company is good for developing skills in initial phase of starting your career

Dislikes

No work life balance and pay is very low according to the work assigned. Leads are not good, they will assign all the work to the juniors and will take all the credit. Some managers like Mohit Kumar are good and helpful and will understand you if you face genuine problems.

You have to work for atleast 11 hours and it can go till 14-15 hours a day. There are no other benefits apart from salary which is a lot less than as written in CTC. No work life balance

Absolutely nothing. The company had no functioning pipeline for the workflow to perform smoothly. The senior members lacked experience and knowledge about their own work and depended on the new comers like me and made us work overtime without pay

Everything from work to managers & the whole company is a big fraud & they harass employees on a daily basis. Hire & Fire is there ultimate motto. Interns are hired in bulk & made project leads next day. Don't ever join this company even if you don't have a job!!!

Everthing. 1. The company loves the employees a lot as they don't want the employee to go anywhere and just work. Even sometimes if the employee goes for lunch they call them to come back early ASAP telling that the company needs you. 2. Management is handled by the people who does not know anything about the technical or management. And they happily call themselves team leads as they answer the calls and reply to messages. One person maintains excel sheets and one does deployment who does not know git(a plus point to make things worse). 3. CEO puts messages on team groups to like his posts. If the team does not like the posts, the employees are threatened about cutting bonuses and salaries. PS: The bonus which never comes:) 4. The company does not respect the employees, treat them like machines and there is no work life balance. After working day and night they shout on you, blame you and even threaten you for firing you. 5. They know two phrases: Priority Basis and Deadlines. And these two words you will listen everyday working in this company because everything to them is a priority and dealines which are never met. 6. A normal company grows in many aspects but this company has grown in one aspect that is resignation count. Every year the resignation count increases and they put lives of interns in jeapordy and make them work day and night. 7. If you want your life to end, join this company. This company will give you a better taste than that.
