...mployees. There is enough corporate politics as you climb to the ladder. Salary is industry standard and increment is 5-8% per year. Performance bonus is never 100%.

It is the best organisation to work and also best suited for the person who has pursued the career in diabetes and wanted to pursue in diabetes. It boosts your communication skills as you have to deal with Denmark stakeholder on regular basis. Novo-Nordisk is the best place to work!

Dislikes

The compensation and annual growth is pretty less compare to other companies. Since company focuses and well-known for it's anti-diabetic product it has very less chances for the individual growth.
