You will always need to be happy with lot of work where your work life balance will turn to 0 and with negligible year end salary hike. Also note, they have some hidded deductions from salary for transport and food which no recruiter will mention you before you join.

GBS : Do not expect a huge salary. Expect a decent pay. Need strong Leaders and not managers. Very few leaders on floor to look upto and follow as a disciple.

Too much to do, work life balance is tough for people managers. Salary benefits are bit low in comparison of other MNC
